Before the shoot.

A few useful things to know.

Can Ryan join an agency-led or existing production?

Yes. Send the creative brief, shoot dates, location, and the role you need filled. Include your producer or production company’s details and the camera, crew, and lighting support already arranged.

What if our brand is still developing the idea?

An early brief is enough to begin a discussion. Explain what you are promoting, who you want to reach, and where the commercial will appear. Ryan can discuss the production needs before a scope is agreed.

What should we include when asking for a quote?

Include the treatment or concept, expected filming days, locations, target dates, budget range, and intended formats and usage. Specify any editing, audio, or other production support you need so responsibilities can be agreed.

Can we plan for several formats or cutdowns?

Include your required aspect ratios, lengths, and placements in the brief. Discuss framing and the finished deliverables before the shoot, along with who will handle post-production.

What’s the next spot?

Send Ryan your brief, shoot dates, and production details. Let’s get the conversation started.
